1. PRESENTATION

The Supercars Sunset Rally is an exclusive automotive experience, designed for supercar owners who wish to enjoy an extraordinary day, combining driving pleasure, carefully selected locations, and a unique sunset atmosphere.

This is not a traditional rally, nor a competition.
The Supercars Sunset Rally focuses on emotion, aesthetics, sharing, and the overall experience, within a controlled and elegant environment.

2. THE CONCEPT

​

The Supercars Sunset Rally is built around a deliberately different format:

 

Mid-afternoon start
Driving on carefully selected roads
A natural progression towards sunset
An immersive evening finale

This format allows participants to enjoy:

optimal driving conditions
the golden sunset light (photos & videos)
a gradual build-up in atmosphere leading into the evening

 

The event is intentionally limited to 15 cars, in order to preserve an exclusive, high-quality, and cohesive atmosphere.

3. DURATION & SCHEDULE

​

Participant welcome: from 3:00 PM
Start of the rally: 4:30 PM
End of the event: around 11:30 PM

 

Precise timings and the detailed program will be communicated to confirmed participants.

 

4. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 

Welcome & Departure – Pampa Bar, Huy

​

Participants are welcomed in a unique setting along the Meuse river, at Pampa Bar in Huy.

Terrace atmosphere, cocktail & tapas, live saxophonist…
A moment designed to relax, discover the cars, and start the experience in an elegant and laid-back ambiance.

Rally & Driving – Ardennes

​

Departure in convoy through the Ardennes, on roads carefully selected for their quality, flow, and the driving pleasure they offer to our cars.

First stop in Spa-Francorchamps, at Hôtel de la Source, for a refreshment in a location deeply connected to the automotive world.

(Driving resumes – no access to the circuit)

Second Part – Sunset Drive

​

Back on the road for a second driving session, with a natural progression towards sunset.

This is the key moment of the rally:
golden light, open roads, moving machines…
the perfect setting to capture the true essence of the experience.

Finale – Sky Dôme, Hannut

​

Arrival in the evening at the Sky Dôme in Hannut, in a modern, elegant, and immersive setting.

A venue designed to end the day in an exclusive atmosphere among enthusiasts.

5. ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

​

The Supercars Sunset Rally is a multi-brand event, exclusively reserved for supercars and high-performance sports cars.

Accepted brands include:

Ferrari
Lamborghini
McLaren
Aston Martin
Maserati MC20
Audi R8
Porsche (GT3, GT3 RS, GT4 RS, Turbo S…)
AMG GT, SLS…
Equivalent models

 

The event is not intended for entry-level sports cars or vehicles primarily designed for everyday road use.

Each vehicle may be subject to prior approval by the organization, in order to ensure consistency and exclusivity within the lineup.

7. PRICE & PAYMENT TERMS

​

Price
€500 per crew (2 people)

Payment terms
30% deposit (€150) upon registration
Remaining 70% (€350) to be paid no later than 30 days before the event

Registration is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Cancellation more than 30 days before the event
→ deposit retained (organizational costs)

Cancellation less than 30 days before the event
→ full amount due

No refund in case of no-show on the event day

A replacement crew may be accepted, subject to validation by the organization.

The organization reserves the right to modify or postpone the event in case of force majeure.
